ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to declare that the act of the third respondent not permitting the petitioner to work before the third respondent as Computer Operator without conducting enquiry and passing any termination order is illegal.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner had gone to Chennai and joined as Punch Operator at Government Data Centre. She was permanently absorbed in the Government Data Centre and thereafter, by transfer of service, she was transferred to the office of the Sub Treasurary, Salem as Accountant. Now the petitioner is working as an Accountant at SubTreasurary, Salem and this fact was ascertained by the Executive Officer of Punjaipugalur, Velayuthampalayam, Karur District. W.P.(MD).No.11845 of 2014 petitioner has informed the third respondent to dispose of the writ petition.

3.This Court is of the considered opinion that though the petitioner questioned the oral termination of the services in the third respondent panchayat, subsequently, she was appointed in the Government Services and now she is working as an accountant in the Sub-Tresurary at Salem.

4.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
