Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the impugned order dated 19.07.2013 in Na.Ka.No. 1032/2011/A/N.H/Thiruvarur and the subsequent memo dated 06.06.2014 issued in Na.Ka.No. 1032/2011 by the 2nd respondent and quash the said order dated 19.07.2013 and memo dated 06.06.2014 and direct the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner's name also as persons claiming statutory Tenancy right over the land of 171 sq. mts. comprised in Sy. No. 177/2 and 3673 sq. mts. of land comprised in Sy. No.

177/7 of Thiruppananthal West Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District in the Land Acquisition proceedings for National Highways 45C, VikiravandiKumbakonam-Thanjavur Section, and determine the compensation after hearing the petitioner, with due notice and order apportionment of compensation at 60% to the petitioner and 40 % to the 3rd respondent, apart from value for improvements, as per law. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 07.01.2021, to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
