RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.19778/2021 dated.4/8/2022 to the petitioners for surrender/appear before the Additional Mahila Court,Trichy to execute the bail bonds.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19778 of 2021 dated 04.08.2022 to the petitioners to surrender before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy to execute the bail bond.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) did not raise any objection for granting time.

4. Considering the representation made by the both parties, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2022 to comply with the conditions is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
