********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus relating to the impugned order of the second respondent, dated 6.4.2023 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to enroll the Petitioner as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry as per Section 24 of the Advocate's Act, 1961. 2.Mr.V.Kannan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.With the liberty preserving the right of the Petitioner to approach the competent Court to seek for speedy disposal of the Criminal case, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as this Court finds no merit in the Writ Petition challenging the order of the Enrolment Committee of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, High Court Campus, Chennai - 104, refusing to enroll the Petitioner as a member and keeping the application pending for consideration till such time, the petitioner has cleared from the criminal case registered against him and others in Crime No.134 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Section 449, 294(b), 324, and 307 of IPC @ 294(b), 324, 307, 452, 302, 147, 148 of IPC, on the file of Melur Police Station, Madurai District. No costs.
