ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to settle the petitioner's earned leave salary for the period of 33 days in respect of the service rendered by the petitioner for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 in the first respondent corporation.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the benefit of encashment of leave was not sanctioned for the year 2010-2011. This apart, the surrender leave salary has also not been paid. Thus, the petitioner approached this Court.

W.P.(MD).No.11862 of 2014 3.The respondents have clarified that all the eligible payments were calculated and paid.

4.Under these circumstances, such disputed facts cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petition. If at all any grievance is exist with reference to the calculation, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Authorities competent by way of filing a fresh representation.

5.With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
