ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the 1/3

fourth and fifth respondents and consequently forbearing the fourth and fifth respondents from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the sixth respondent under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.10.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2021 is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2021, after issuance of summons to the petitioner and the rival party and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
