PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.483 of B.N.S.S. U/s 439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.376 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1, A3, A4 & A5, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 61(2), 111, 296(b), 109, 324(4) of BNS & Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.376 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused are said to have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and tried to kill him. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations and also considering the facts that there are antecedents against the petitioners and the prosecution has also seized 2/3

CCTV footage for confirming the incident, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
