ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2021 and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner husband namely Muthukumar and petitioner husband's family members for their life.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the possession of the land situated in Kodaikanal Township Survey No.435 has been handed over to the petitioner namely R.T.Govindan, who is aged about 101 years. 2/4

3. By taking note of the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
