With a grievance that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Block Development Officer, Madurai on 14.02.2023 has not been decided so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of his appeal within a stipulated time.

2.Today(07.08.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the first respondent on written instructions submits that the petitioner's appeal has already been disposed of. Copy of the order has also been furnished to the petitioner.
