ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.161 of 2025. 1/4

2. This Court passed an order in W.P.(MD).No.161 of 2025 dated 06.01.2025, wherein, this Court has remitted back the file to the authorities and directed the respondent to consider the enhancement of subsistence allowance of the petitioner. The said order was put to challenge in W.A.(MD).No.2434 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has passed an order on 22.08.2025 and modified the orders of the Writ Court and further directed the authorities to pass fresh orders on merits and in accordance with law by considering the rules which are in force for granting enhancement of subsistence allowance. In compliance of the orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 22.08.2025, the respondent herein has issued a proceedings dated 10.09.2025, wherein, the request of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 10.09.2025, if he is so advised.
