2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has no objected to allow this petition.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner is not entitled for interest in the default period and the delay is condoned.
