ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The seeks re-issuance of the petition mentioned passport. He stated that the petitioner was involved in two criminal cases. In one case, further action has already been dropped. In other case, he pleaded guilty and paid a fine of Rs.2,000/-.
3.I am of the view, for the aforesaid reasons, the petition mentioned application need not be kept pending. The first respondent is directed to process the same and re-issue passport to the writ petitioner subject to fulfilment of usual formalities.
