[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to construct the link bridge, across Amaravathi river in Karur, which is connecting Koyampalli Village - Melapalayam Village in Karur Taluk, Karur District and to open the same to the general public for their utility. 2.The learned Government Pleader would contend that the Government initiated steps to construct link road across Amaravadhi River for the benefit of the people. Acquisition proceedings have already been commenced. The Government issued orders in G.O.(MS)No.105 dated 02.07.2025.

3.Since actions are already initiated, the works undertaken is expected to be completed as expeditiously as possible for the benefit of the people of that locality.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
