Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11532 of 2022, on 29.06.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the condition is to appear before the respondent police once in a week, ie. On every Saturday at 10.30 am., and the petitioner has failed to appear on 03.09.2022 and 10.09.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.10638 of 2022 4.In view of the submission made by both sides, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
