to appoint the petitioner as an employee of Tamil Nadu Civil Supply Corporation based on his representation dated 12.05.2010 by condoning the delay of 3 months in submitting the compassionate ground application according to law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim to appoint him on compassionate grounds by considering the representation dated 12.05.2010.
2. The father of the petitioner namely C.Palsamy who worked as Watchman in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supply Corporation had died on 27.01.2007 while he was on duty. It is admitted by the petitioner that he had applied for compassionate appointment on 12.05.2010, that is after three years three months after the death of his father. Since the application submitted is beyond the period of limitation prescribed under the guidelines, the petitioner's claim cannot be entertained.
