This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.4 of 2018 dated 04.01.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police as illegal insofar as the petitioners/Accused 3 and 4 are concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the case in crime No.4 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C. r/w Section 3(i), 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and after due completion of investigation, he filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. Since no allegations are made out as against the petitioners, who are A3 and A4, they have been deleted from the final report.
