Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of order of the respondent No.3 dated 19.07.2014, quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to perform the prayer on 28.07.2014 or 29.07.2014 at Bazar Ground, Melapalayam.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
