ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On the earlier occasion, this Court directed the registry to call for report from the trial Court as to whether P.W.1 has been cross examined by the petitioner.
2. Today, a report has been received, wherein it is stated that P.W.1 was examined on 05.07.2019 and thereafter, the accused side has not cross examined P.W.1 till date.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. On perusal of records, it shows that the petitioner did not co-operat to complete the process of trial.
5.Considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to cross examine P.W.1 and co-operate to complete the process of trial.
