ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2022 from the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on instruction, he has no objection for allowing the petition. However, prays for dispensing with the presence of the respondent before the Court on the ground that the respondent is suffering from bone injury (Spinal Card Dislocated).

3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2022 from Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, to Sub Court, Kovilpatti. The Sub Court, Kovilpatti, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the respondent the physical presence of the respondent, who is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2022 shall be dispensed with for routine hearing. The respondent shall however appear before the The Sub Court, Kovilpatti, as and when the Court directs the respondent to appear before the Court.

5.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
