Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, third respondent herein to receive the documents inclusive of birth certificate as well as the photographs relating to the petitioner's complaint from the petitioner so as to reply upon the same in support of his claim in connection with the enquiry which is pending before the third respondent pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2020.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to receive the documents inclusive of birth certificate as well as the photographs relating to the petitioner's complaint from the petitioner so as to reply upon the same in support of his claim in connection with the enquiry, which is pending before the third respondent pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.12.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and registered an FIR as against the accused persons.
