Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 4 herein to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent in accordance with a time frame fixed by this Court based on the complaint dated 06.07.2021.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action as against the fifth respondents in accordance with law based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a private complaint in a manner known to law, if so advised. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
