The instant writ petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant(Tamil) Teacher working at Government Higher Secondary School, Pillayarnatham, challenging the order of his redeployment to Government Higher Secondary School at Vepalodai.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on written instructions submits that based upon the staffs fixation order dated 01.08.2023, the petitioner has been retained in Government Higher Secondary School, Pillayarnatham.
