Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13949 of 2022, on 02.08.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioners 1 to 6 have been complying the condition regularly. But, the seventh petitioner is concerned he is violated the condition and failed to appear on 16.08.2022.
4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13949 of 2022 is relaxed in sofar as the petitioners 1 to 6 are concerned and the petitioners 1 to 6 shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons and thereafter, on all hearing dates without fail.
5. With regard to the seventh petitioner is concerned, since the seventh petitioner violated the condition, this Petition is dismissed.
