No.3974/A1/13 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of Mr.D.Lawrence, Maths Asst appointed in the petitioner school with effect from 22.06.2012 subject to the condition that he should pass the TET within a period of time that may be fixed by this Court and release the grant-in-aid to the petitioner school towards the salary for Mr.D.Lawrence, Maths Assistant appointed in the petitioner school with effect from 22.06.2012 along with arrears of salary and all attendant and consequential benefits.
