ORDER

The petitioner seeks for transfer of the investigation in Crime No. 177/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation agency and also to direct the Investigation Agency to complete the investigation and to file a final report

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.498 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 02.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
