ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.
2. It appears that two FIRs have been registered against the petitioner as detailed below:

3. It is informed that in respect of the second case, the co-accused's name has been deleted, against which the defacto complainant has filed a Protest Petition in M.P.No.13708 of 2022, which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court - I, Nagercoil.
4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner in response to the Crime No.243/2020, there is no scope for granting any positive relief to the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Nagercoil for appropriate relief for the first respondent to process the passport application of the petitioner. 3/5
