2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 15.07.2019, they conducted an enquiry and closed the same as 'civil in nature', since the parties undertook that they would approach the civil Forum for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
