ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District, in H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2023 and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the mediation and they have agreed for re-union. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also filed a Memo dated 14.12.2023 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded. Consequently, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed and the mediation agreement dated 30.10.2023 shall form part and parcel of this order.
