JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Conviction, dated 24.07.2015 made in S.C.No.180 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Mahalir Neethimadram (Fast Track Court), Dindigul.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that this appellant was found guilty for the offence under Section 304 (2 Counts) IPC and convicted under Section 235(2) Cr.P.C., and sentenced to undergo 5 years Simple Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/- each in default to undergo one year Simple Imprisonment.

3. He would further submit that the appellant has undergone the entire period of punishment imposed by the trial Court and he has also paid the fine amount as directed by the trial Court. Since the appellant has undergone the entire period of punishment and he has also been released from the prison on 14.05.2019, this appeal has become infructuous.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
