This writ petition has been filed by the Correspondent of St.Mary's Boys Higher Secondary School, Thoothukudi, challenging the staff fixation proceedings dated 07.02.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent for the Academic Year 2018-2019, declaring one post of B.T. Assistant (Science) and one post of B.T. Assistant (Maths) as surplus.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition, has granted an order of interim stay on 18.09.2019.

3. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that there is no surplus Teacher from the year 2022.
