ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to survey the property situated in Survey Nos.87/1D and 87/30 at Odaipatti Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 07.09.2022.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Palmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that 0.02 cent of land in Survey No. 87/1D and 0.00.81 acre of land in Survey No.87/30 were assigned in favour of the petitioner. He submitted an application before the respondents on 08.03.2024, seeking survey of the properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request has not been considered.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application seeking
survey of the subject property before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the third respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
