ORDER

The husband of the petitioner viz., I.Arputham was the Railway employee and retired from service in the year 2003. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for grant of monthly pension. Thus, the writ petition is not entertainable and the petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench.

2.This view of the matter, the Registry is directed to transfer this case papers to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, without causing any undue delay, enabling the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
