Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thoothukudi, has submitted a report dated 04.07.2022, in pursuance of the directions of this court, the accused has deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- on 27/06/2022 and the same was invested in FDR No. 41078287352 in the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Thoothukudi in the name of Minor S.Janani with further direction to disburse the interest to her mother periodically as directed.

The compliance report filed by the learned Sessions Judge is recorded.
