Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVA.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai9, by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7204 of 2022, dated 19.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7204 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit as sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10621 of 2022 Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai9. The other conditions, shall remain unaltered. The time is also extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
