Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is no more. The matter should be prosecuted by IIISLA. It appears that there have not responded to the letter sent by the petitioner's counsel. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as abated. Liberty is given to any aggrieved individual or organization to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
