This Criminal Appeal has been filed as against the Judgment passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in S.C.No.13 of 2013, dated 24.02.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant Mr.Jayaramachandran, submitted that pending this criminal appeal the complainant and the accused have amicably solved the dispute themselves and the complainant has instructed him to not press the appeal and seeking permission of this Court to with draw the appeal. He also undertakes to circulate a memo of withdrawal for the same.
