[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayaraj, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

The learned Additional Advocate General submits that against the impugned order passed under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the petitioner has a remedy of revision under Section 153.

In the light of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
