ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Department has filed this Review Application by placing reliance on the judgment dated 01.09.2025 in Civil Appeal No.1385 of 2025. The order under review was passed by us on 27.11.2024. Explanation to Order 47 of CPC reads as follows: "Explanation: The fact that the decision on a question of law on which the judgment of the Court is based has been reversed or modified by the subsequent decision of a superior Court in any other case, shall not be a ground for the review of such judgment." 2.We passed the order under review based on the legal position that then obtained. Subsequent change in the legal position cannot be a ground for seeking review.
