ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to demolish the compound wall in survey No.68/5F at Nadutheru, Kallur Village and Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025.

2. This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the third respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against him.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, if necessary, the third respondent will be directed to remove the dilapidated wall.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
