ORDER

Subject matter of instant writ petition pertains to readmission of writ petitioner's son viz., R.Ajay in the fourth respondent School.

2.Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings of this Court, dated 19.09.2019, which reads as follows: 'Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of all four respondents submits that the student concerned viz., Ajay is now being re-admitted in the School today.

This submission is made by the State counsel on instructions.

List this matter under the caption 'FOR REPORTING COMPLIANCE' in the motion list on 23.09.2019.' 3.Today, Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned counsel on behalf of writ petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate on behalf of all four respondents are before this Court. 4.It is submitted by both sides without any disputation or disagreement that this student has since been readmitted in the fourth respondent School.

5.As the prayer in the instant writ petition has since been answered in the affirmative, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the aforesaid undisputed position i.e., the position that the said student has since been readmitted in the fourth respondent School. No costs.
