To set aside the Judgment and decree dated 30/10/2013 in A.S.No. 147 of 2012 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Thiruchirappalli confirming the judgment and decree dated 07/02/2012 made in O.S.No.163 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court,Manapparai and allow this appeal decreeing the suit with cost throughout.
