ORDER

The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019. He was granted bail by the Court below on condition that he should make payment of cash surety of Rs.39,215/-.

2. The petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition. The poverty of the petitioner is evident. That is why, even though he was granted bail on 05.09.2019, till date, he has not come out on bail.

3. Taking note of the special circumstances, the condition to make cash payment of Rs.39,215/- is deleted. The other conditions will remain.
