ORDER

While a representation dated 10.08.2019 made by the petitioner to the third respondent Bank was pending for consideration. An one time settlement offer has been made by the third respondent Bank to the petitioner on 25.05.2024, on the basis of which the entire loan amount has been disbursed by the petitioner on 25.08.2024. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated. 2.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed as infructous. No costs.
