This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in Na.Ka.No.577713/2023 A4 dated 24.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner preferred a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer on 24.01.2023 under the Patta Passbook Act. Since the said revision petition is not yet taken up for hearing, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that enquiry is not yet concluded and it would be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
