The petitioner has submitted an application on 20.06.2023 seeking issuance of patta for the lands in S.No.9/1, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 10/2, 10/3, 10/4, 10/6, 5/4, 11/3/, 14/2, 14/3, 24/1, 24/2, 24/3 and 24/4 to an extent of 46.10 acres, Maravamangalam Village, Siramam Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered by the respondents so far. 2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already submitted an application on 26.05.2023 through her counsel one Ramasamy during Jamabanthi, which was considered in TN/REV/SVG/P/JMB, dated 26.05.2023 by the Tahsildar, Kalaiyarkovil and the same was rejected in Na.Na.A2/2701/2023 dated 2/5

31.05.2023. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submits that after a receipt of this order, dated 31.05.2023, the petitioner has submitted another application on 20.06.2023 for the same relief and filed this writ petition. He has also produced the earlier order passed by the Tahsildar, Kalaiyarkovil, dated 31.05.2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the order dated 31.05.2023 in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved. No costs. 03.08.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
