The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheeted List in H.S.No.3 of 2020 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 and 12.02.2024. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 and 12.02.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.
