O R D E R

The challenge in this writ petition is to a charge memo dated 28.03.2018.

2. I do not wish to dwell on the charges or the merits of the matter for the reason that both Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would concur that the matter is at the stage of enquiry, wherein, hearing has been completed by the Enquiry Officer and the report is awaited. Thus, they would plead that the writ petition be closed with a direction to the Authorities to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the elapse of time pending writ petition, it would be appropriate that the petitioner appear on one more occasion before the Enquiry Officer to recapitulate the relevant facts and submissions.
