ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance as against the seventh respondent, has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to take over the administration of the temple as per the Section 49 of the the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 for the purpose of conducting the festival, which was scheduled to be conducted on 07.08.2023.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks short accommodation. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the seventh respondent submitted that the temple festival itself is over and the allegations made in the writ petition are baseless.

4. Considering the fact that this writ petition was filed as against the seventh respondent for conducting the festival on 07.08.2023 and

also the fact that the temple festival itself is over, this Writ Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the concerned authority. No costs.
