The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police 1/4

is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry in G5/E-10799125/2118/2025 and closed the same on 17.07.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 31.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vrn 2/4
