Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling of the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13132/2013/D2 dated 18.07.2014 and consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.113/14/08 dated 19.07.2014, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to permit the petitioner herein to discharge his duties as Factory Manager in the 2nd respondent Mills.

However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was dismissed from service, on 14.05.2016.
